100 wc week 4

THE MYSTERIOUS
DOG

  It was an ordinary day, it was quiet and peaceful. I sat down and turned on the TV. I turned it to the news. (its my favorite) I saw a picture of a black dog with a white bandana, and the dog as wearing glasses. All of the dogs teeth were broken and it was limping. I turned off the TV to walk to school with my friend. I heard something behind us. I whispered to her, "do you hear that?" "yes..." she stuttered. she turned around and right away she fell. "What happened? Are you okay?! I looked behind me, and there was the dog. Every thing went black...

    What a sad lot for the dog. I think you have some sentences that you don't need that will create a stronger story. For example start of with turning on the news. We will be learning the correct grammar for when someone is speaking but every time someone new speaks you start a new line.

Tree Yoga "1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10!" I looked around a bush but instead of finding my sister I saw a bunch of trees doing yoga. "Alright, now push-ups," the teacher commanded. The trees got down and did push-ups. I laughed and decided to join them. I walked out of the bush and onto the field. "Back off!" One said. The teacher gasped. "I come in peace," I said, but they were gone. I started doing yoga by myself.

                          The Dentist "Come on," I said trying to get my little sister to listen to me as she stormed down the hallway. "What's so bad about going to the dentist? They won't kill you!"  "They scare me!" She screamed, "They are going to yank all my teeth out! And I won't be able to eat or talk! All of my friends will be laughing at me! And I-" "No they won't, don't be a baby." I answered, "They're just cleaning your teeth." "Well I'm not going!" She stomped into her room. As the door slammed I knew how she felt.
